Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Dorvex.
By accessing or using the Dorvex website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Dorvex online store.
2. Products and Descriptions
Dorvex specializes primarily in collector-grade coins and banknotes, including graded and ungraded numismatic material.
In addition, Dorvex may offer other related products or merchandise.
All product descriptions are prepared with care and accuracy to the best of our knowledge.
For graded items, the grade represents the professional opinion of the third-party grading service at the time of encapsulation.
Images displayed in product listings represent the actual item offered for sale, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in the applicable currency.
For products sold under the EU VAT margin scheme (Article 313 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC), VAT is not itemized on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by the purchaser.
Certain products offered for sale may be second-hand, collectible, or numismatic items and are therefore subject to specific VAT provisions.
Product availability may change without notice. In rare cases, an item may no longer be available after an order has been placed.Should this happen, Dorvex will contact the customer without delay to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Dorvex reserves the right to amend prices or correct typographical errors at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Dorvex reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or technical errors.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Dorvex’s primary postal service partner is Omniva (Eesti Post).
Alternative courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, DPD, or similar providers) may be arranged upon request, depending on destination and availability.
International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes and carrier handling fees; these are paid by the customer upon delivery (DAP/DDU).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, or other factors beyond Dorvex’s control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and accessories
- Be securely packaged for return shipping
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items, including:

6. Customized or personalized products
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after returned goods are received and inspected.
Dorvex reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if returned items show signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition.
8. Authenticity and Grading Disclaimer
For graded items, Dorvex does not alter or independently reassess the assigned grade.
Grading standards may vary between grading services or change over time.
Dorvex is not responsible for differences in grading opinions or future re-evaluations.
For ungraded items, condition descriptions are conservative and based on observable characteristics.
9. Liability Limitation
Dorvex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Dorvex website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Dorvex OÜ unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
